Relax & Rejuvenating Yoga Practice to stretch the body, and allow it to warm up and relax, relieve stress and anxiety, calm the mind, and take some time for you. Prepare for the possibilities of the New Year, with more awareness of your body and mind.
Intermediate Level Yoga Practicioners will love this practice to work on their alignment and body awareness. Ashley will talk about the muscles you are working, where to draw your focus, breathing techniques, and more. Get a fresh perspective on your body and mind, and begin to clear away the clutter and set the tone for the next year of your life, full potential and new beginnings.
Meditation will be lead, and an introduction for people new to meditation will be given. Feel free to ask Ashley questions before or after the session.
