Gentle Flow

Find steadiness and ease in classic postures while building strength and increasing flexibility. Learn to combine breath with movement and to use breath as a tool to calm or energize the mind and body. Classes are all levels and donation based. Beginners are always welcome.

No registration required. Walk-ins welcome. Mats and props available to use.
