Come at any time and enjoy meditation before class! Starting October 9th through November, we'll move through discussions on the social & personal observances from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the Yamas & Niyamas. No experience needed, All ages. All open hearts & minds.
20-minute discussion followed by 20-minute meditations. Choose to meditate longer if you are going to stay for the Primary Series asana class starting at 6pm.
Yoga's transformative power inspires Ashley "Bad Ash" Davis through mind, body, and soul; she believes all should be nurtured. Focusing on body awareness and a steady connection to breath and alignment, she brings fun and loving energy to her Bad Ash Yoga classes. Ashley is devoted to sharing and growing in her yoga practice, living life to the fullest and laughing as much as possible.
