Allow yourself to unwind and bring stillness to the mind and body in this gentle, restorative practice. We will move through a handful of restorative postures with the support of props so that we can wind down from the busy weekend. This class is appropriate for all levels. Beginners are welcome. No need to bring any mats or props. We have everything you need.
Restorative Yoga has been known to relieve stress/anxiety, and promotes restful sleep.
