Intro to Yoga Workshop

Have you ever wanted to try yoga, but are hesitant to walk into a class? This workshop is designed to give you a better understanding of yoga by outlining the benefits of regular practice and expectations when walking into a class. There will be an introduction to poses, breathing techniques, and an overview of the different styles of yoga to find the right one for you. 

This worksop is designed for beginners.

Dress comfortably so that you can move freely and easily. Mats and props provided. Bring a water bottle and a smile!
