Body by Barre

Wednesday at 4pm 

Body by Barre blends the latest exercise science with ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training. No prior dance training is required, all levels are welcome.

Allison has been teaching fitness classes for all ages ranging from preschool to senior citizens since 2007. Allison is certified in Barre through Barre Above as well as group fitness and personal training trough NETA.
