This class, designed for children 10 and under and their families, will focus on the basics of mindfulness, yoga poses, and breathing techniques. These easy practices can be incorporated into your daily routine at home as a family! Come with your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or neighbor and enjoy the many benefits of practicing yoga together. Though this class is designed for younger children, all are welcome. This is a drop-in, weekly class with no pre-registration required.
Suggested class donation is $10 per family per class.
