Join Lindsey for this weekly class, beginning Friday, October 4th from 10-10:45am. This class is perfect for beginners and those with limited mobility. If you've been wanting to try yoga but are intimidated by the idea of getting down on the floor, this class is for you! Students will be led through postures to help increase strength, flexibility, and balance while seated in or standing next to a chair! Dress comfortably. Chair, props, and mats provided.
