Combining Hatha & Vinyasa to create a free-flowing meditative practice, this class brings more awareness to the connection between our minds and movement through the breath and physical body. 

Lindsey is a recent graduate of The Breathing Tree's Vira Bhava Yoga Teacher Training, and is thrilled to share her love of yoga with the community.
