Experience a vigorous strength-building sequence that will help you improve balance & flexibility. Learn the primary sequence at your skill level. Get more comfortable and familiar each time you go through the sequence of postures.

Iyengar influenced with use of props to make posture accessible to all body types.

This class will run in a free-flowing workshop-style, where participants will go at their own pace. They can work together or individually.
